Craig Patterson: President    Craig is the President of CREF Executive Search, a retained and contingency executive search firm he founded. Having specialized in the Commercial Real Estate Finance industry since 2000, the firm is very proud to have earned the recognition of being one of the leading Commercial Real Estate search firms in the United States. Craig has conducted workshops, written articles in trade and national publications, and lectured on executive recruiting practices and trends, and the strategic role between search firms and companies.    Prior to founding CREF Executive Search, Craig was a division manager in a national accounting and finance recruiting company. He holds the national rookie record in billings for this organization, and always placed in the top 10% in revenues generated. He received a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas State University, and is married with two children. Nancy Neiswender    Nancy joined CREF Executive Search in the summer of 2008. Nancy has spent 15 years in various sales and marketing roles. She has a BBA in Public Relations from Arizona State University. She is fluent in Spanish, and will be responsible for coordinating all of CREF Executive Search's national sales and marketing activities. Pat Spurlin    Pat Spurlin has over 20 years of commercial real estate development and property management experience. He was a co owner of a multi state retail and multifamily development firm with property holdings in 4 states. Pat has been involved with both the development and project management side of the business, and also has experience with property management of retail and multifamily assets. Prior to his retail and multifamily experience, Pat was the owner of a successful video rental chain with 12 locations in 2 states.
