Craig has conducted workshops, written articles in trade and national publications, and lectured on executive recruiting practices and trends, and the strategic role between search firms and companies.    Prior to founding CREF Executive Search, Craig was a division manager in a national accounting and finance recruiting company. He holds the national rookie record in billings for this organization, and always placed in the top 10% in revenues generated. He received a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas State University, and is married with two children. Anthony Caggiano: Managing Partner    Anthony brings to CREF nineteen years of extraordinary success through production and management roles in the executive search industry. He excelled as a perennial Superstar (top performer designation) during his ten years with an international financial recruiting firm that is an operating company of the largest staffing firm in the world. Anthony climbed quickly from the launching of the Raleigh, NC office to Regional Vice President in Texas encompassing fourteen profit centers.    Anthony started his career working six years for a well established and prestigious metropolitan New York executive search firm which caters to Fortune 200 companies. He has also been responsible for building a national executive search platform for another renowned staffing firm as well as being the President/COO of a Texas financial recruiting firm. Anthony graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with a double major in Psychology and Political Science in 1988.    Anthony’s strengths in leadership and recruiting are tied to his daily mantra that he applies to relating to others- “listen>learn>empathize>suggest>educate>act>Follow through.” He is considered a partner in career decisions by his candidates and a partner in career building for his clients. Charles “Chuck” Tise: Executive Vice President    Charles “Chuck” Tise brings over ten years of Executive Recruiting to CREF Executive Search. Chuck’s approach to recruiting is simple “listen to your clients and candidates needs and then execute to those needs”. Chuck has had a successful history of placing top professionals in the accounting and finance arena as well as more recently Commercial Real Estate Finance.    Chuck was recruited to CREF Executive Search due in part to his record of consistently being a recruiter in top 10% of revenues generated and an unwavering integrity. Chuck is driven to succeed and his commitment and professionalism have proven to be the combination that has consistently earned him a seat as a top recruiter in the Commercial Real Estate Finance arena. Chuck is actively involved in his community as a volunteer Boy Scout Leader and Committee Chairman as well as being active in Church Leadership.
